Mobile Application System Electronic Document Management
GDE is the mobile application of Electronic Document Management System exclusively for employees of the National Public Administration. It lets you work swiftly and consult all documents and records normally you manage from the web platform.
The mobile application allows:
- Unified Inspection of files and documents.
- Viewing ToDo amount (own and supervised).
- Mailbox Access Task EE, Gedo and CCOO.
- Signing of documents certified.
- Making passes records.
- Linking documents to records.
- Selection of documents and files as Favorites.
- Access to mail official communications received and sent.
- Preparation and submission of a new official communication.
